Abstract

Angeloni Tapia is not only the spontaneous cultivator of pictorial art by natural inclination but also a university professional in the field who handles techniques backed by solid academic knowledge. This convergence of skills and systematized studies resulted in the formation of a widely recognized artist, not due to the effect of interested propaganda but because of the quality of his work that does not require further comment, due to the high quality that it entails, since it is expressed by itself demonstrating the training and mastery of the person who made it.

Director de la Academia Nacional de Historia. Tiene Postgrado del Instituto de Altos Estudios Nacionales del Ecuador, Universidad Complutense (Madrid) y CLAD (México D.F.). Doctor en Ciencias Sociales, Políticas e Internacionales. Doctor Honoris Causa (Literatura) por la Universidad Internacional del Ecuador. Presidente de Honor de la Sociedad Bolivariana del Ecuador. Miembro de la Sociedad de Escritores Latinoamericanos y Europeos (SELAE), con sede en Milán. Autor de más de 120 obras publicadas.
