Abstract

The first years of my life, like almost all the others of my existence, I have spent busy growing plants and animals; That has been the framework of my life, the axis in which I have developed: hence my passion for Agriculture and also my desire to investigate the history of that nature that is lavish in products. History, Nature and Agriculture have allowed me to get to this institution; above all, the history of our ancestral agriculture, our American livestock and our production.
